一、Projects
in the Core Are
In accordance with the "Beijing
CBD Integrated Planning Program",
the Core Area of CBD is situated on
the northeast corner of the intersection
between the extension line of Chang-an
Avenue and the East Third Ring Road,
which covers a land of 30 hectares
and enjoys a superior geographic position.
The Core Area is oriented to world
topping office buildings, conference
and exhibition centers, hotels, shopping
centers and top-grade apartment buildings,
and shall be the first choice of regional
head offices of multinational companies
and famous enterprises. It shall become
the core base for presenting the international
finance industry and modern service
industry of the capital city in a
centralized way and for international
economic and cultural exchanges.
The Core Area is not only the core
of CBD geographically, but also the
center of commercial groups in CBD.
Closely around are the CCTV Building,
the People's Daily Press, Beijing
TV Station, World Trade Center, the
Kerry Center Hotel, Hanghua, Wanda,
Jianwai Soho, etc and such famous
multinational companies and organizations
as Motorola, HP, Ford, Samsung, Times
Warner, BNP Paribas, Bank of Switzerland,
etc. are gathered here.
二、Main
body of Business Invitation and Cooperation
With the Government of Chaoyang District
taking the lead, the Beijing CBD Development
& Construction Co., Ltd. was founded
on July 4, 2002 with joint investment
of Beijing CBD Investment and Service
Center, Cosco Real Estate Development
Co., Ltd. and Beijing Chaoyang Urban
Construction and Integrated Development
Co., Ltd. after winning approval of
Beijing Municipal Government. As a regional
carrier model corporation that is provided
with government background and rich
resources, the corporation shall take
responsibilities for a urban operator
and works with an internationalized
thinking and marketing mode in order
to create topping values in accordance
with the principles of “boosting the
large-scale and integrated development
of CBD Core Area, quickening the construction
of infrastructure and public support
facilities in CBD, and constructing
a world topping business center”.
三、Intent
for Businessmen Invitation and Cooperation
As a super large scale and high grade
public construction project, the Core
Area Project is expected to be cooperated
with following three resources.
1. Cooperation with financial groups
or funds with a transnational background
or powerful domestic groups or investors
on the level of capital operation; 
2. Cooperation with multinational
companies that are experienced in the
operation of hotels, commerce and convention
& exhibition on the level of project
management;
3. Customized cooperation at the earlier
